Owners
William Pena Sr
Originally from El Salvador, William Peña came to the United States in 2001. He spent 20 years working in the construction industry and perfecting his craft before founding Eminence Construction with his two sons. As CEO, William ensures Eminence lives up to its commitment to quality in all areas.
Giovanni Ortiz
Giovanni Ortiz started working in construction almost a decade ago, at various subcontracting firms while also helping his father. Now COO at Eminence, Giovanni supervises and manages projects in his native Las Vegas.
Carlos Ortiz
Carlos Ortiz left his hometown of Las Vegas in 2017 to pursue an education at Drexel University in Philadelphia. There, he earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting and became the first person in his family to graduate college. Carlos now serves as Eminence’s CFO.
