William Peña – Chief Executive Officer Originally from El Salvador, William Peña arrived in the United States in 2001 with a vision and a strong work ethic. Over the next two decades, he dedicated himself to the construction industry, honing his skills and building a reputation for craftsmanship and integrity. In pursuit of a shared dream, William founded Eminence Construction alongside his two sons. As CEO, he leads with experience and purpose, ensuring the company upholds its unwavering commitment to quality, excellence, and family values in every project.
Giovanni Ortiz
Giovanni Ortiz – Chief Operating Officer With nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Giovanni Ortiz began his career working with various subcontracting firms while also gaining valuable insight alongside his father. Today, as COO of Eminence, he brings that deep-rooted expertise to every project he oversees. Based in his hometown of Las Vegas, Giovanni plays a key role in supervising operations and ensuring each build reflects the company’s commitment to quality and precision.
